The year 2020 brought a lot of stress emotionally, spiritually, mentally, physically and financially for all of us. On a daily basis we ask many questions: When can we see our loved ones? How will I afford my rent? When can I hug my family? When can I go back to living my normal life?
As this pandemic continues to change our lives, we at Susquehanna Wellness Clinic (SWC) decided to open our doors as a primary care office. All of the staff at the clinic understand what you are going through and would like to be help you with your medical needs.
Our approach to your health is using holistic medicine. This type of medicine is a whole-body approach to healthcare and aims to improve health and wellness through the body, mind, and soul. Our staff bring years of experience in diverse settings and understand what it means to take a comprehensive approach to healthcare.
SWC is challenging healthcare as we know it today by taking an approach that was not so uncommon at one time. We aim on overall health and wellness and look at the entire body as pertinent to achieving these goals. Our staff takes the time to listen, research and improve your needs. We meet you where you are; providing in-home care when coming to our office just simply is not an option. Telehealth services are in place for established patients to meet with their provider virtually from wherever they are. Older adults often miss out on the care they desperately need because they are unable to transport themselves to appointments. This no longer has to be a concern for elders as we provide transportation for patients 60 and older.

Our Staff
Our staff is comprised of two medical providers: Dr. Baltazar Corcino, M.D. and Jamie Bush, CRNP both with many years of experience in the greater Clearfield Community. Megan Patrick, RN, RD, LDN is the practice manager. Additionally, we have Linda Young, LPN and Laura Nearhood, RN.
