Do you ever wonder if you would get the proper care if you were involved in a traffic crash and were unable to communicate with first responders? There is a program developed to ensure that first responders have the information they need to provide you with the critical medical attention you need.
Once you have signed up for this program you will be sent a kit which includes emergency contact information, medical history, medications, allergies, and doctors. You are also to place a photo of yourself in this booklet and is to be kept in the glove compartment of the vehicle. The kit also includes a YellowDot decal to be placed to the participant’s rear windshield which alerts first responders to check the glove compartment for vital personal information.
